Course Overview
Mindfulness Through Uncertainty
Progress has been made in society across many experiences of marginalization and oppression, yet gender, gender expression, race, socio-economic status and other aspects of identity continue to be polarizing issues in Canada. This online experience introduces a process for encouraging awareness of and sensitivity to issues and experiences of equity and inequity. Participants will be guided through three phases of engagement incorporating seeing, being and doing to develop skills to offer intentional attention to positively changing self and relationships. Through reflection, exploration and practice we will interactively engage with mindfulness for our times.
